Hansler Electric Motors offers a comprehensive in-house modification facility designed to accommodate a wide range of customer-specific requirements.
Our services include the following optional extras:
- British Standard Slide Rails – For precise motor alignment and ease of installation.
- Non-Painted Aluminium Motors – Ideal for use in the food and beverage industry where hygiene and corrosion resistance are critical.
- Upgraded IP Protection – Enhancements available to IP56 and IP65 for improved protection against dust and water ingress.
- External Earth Bolts – Added for enhanced grounding and safety compliance.
- Mounting Kits – Foot and Face Mounting Kit (B34)
- Mounting Kits – Foot and Flange Mounting Kit (B35)
- Motor Heater Elements – Available in 120V or 240V to prevent condensation build-up in damp environments.
- Insulated Bearings on Non-Drive End (NDE) – Recommended for motors used with inverters or variable speed drives, especially for frame sizes above 280.
- Custom Finishing Paint – Any RAL colour available in gloss or matt finish, tailored to customer specification.
- Drive-End Roller Bearings – Installed in cast iron motors to accommodate high axial and radial loading conditions.
- Forced Ventilation Kits / Fixed-Speed Cooling Fans – Ensures adequate cooling in high ambient temperatures or in inverter-controlled motors operating below 20 Hz.
- Rain Canopy Installation – For motors mounted in a vertical position, protecting against environmental elements.
- Metal Fan Installation – Suitable for high-temperature environments, offering durability and improved heat resistance.
